We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your 1% OS membership, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — for any reason.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team by replying to any email you receive from us.

Cancelling your membership

You can cancel your membership any time in the app's settings. When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

After a refund

Once a refund is processed, your membership ends and your account returns to the free plan. Your data stays available on the free plan unless you ask us to delete it.
